I am pretty sure I doubled the sales price of the house with the work Lauren did on the living room (satin finish restored the beauty of the wood floor), painting the whole interior of the three floor townhouse, restoring contractor-grade cabinetry (they looked like new) - got me a buyer seven days after listing. Her experience with the wood guaranteed beautiful results all around - the refinished LR floor gleamed.

Lauren is dedicated and committed to seeing things done well and seeing them done right. I have been impressed by her interest in attending to each of the little details, examples would be replacing or rebuilding damaged pieces in my own 1932 DC row house.
